Shipping
All orders are shipped by USPS or Fedex depending on the nature of the package size or weight. Please allow 5–10 business days for shipping. Your shipping charge will vary depending on the weight of your package. Please make sure someone will be available to sign for your package for express order & orders valued at $150+, otherwise your order may be returned to us & further delays and S&H expenses may be applied.

Expedited Shipping (Express Next-Day and Two-Day Shipping) is available to mainland USA customers only.
International Shipping Policies
Please allow 7–14 days for your package to reach its destination. Your shipping charge and service will vary based on weight and country of destination. Expedited shipping is not available for International orders.
Your package may be subject to customs/duties charges. B-boy Original is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. B-boy Original cannot determine, in advance, what these fees will be, but we do try to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. We cannot mark International orders as a “gift” in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees — this is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.
Please note that international rates apply to locations outside the 48 states such as Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

EXCHANGES
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from B-boy Original® If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or return for you.
*If you purchased an item from BBOYORIGINAL.com and want to exchange it for a different color, size or style, you can do so by returning the item, within 7 days of receiving the shipment for either another item or store credit. You MUST include a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. All exchanges are dependent on current stock and condition of product. RETURNS
Item(s) purchased from BBOYORIGINAL.com must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund. To return an item(s) from a refund just send it to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item(s) is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges and all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returns will be process after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.
Please allow 7 business days from when it is delivered for your return to be processed.
You may exchange an item within 7 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
No refunds or exchange are available for sale and discounted items (That includes Wholesale).
Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, B-Boy Original will not be responsible for processing and returning such items.
Shipping & handling is not refundable for returns or exchanges.
Gift Certificates are not refundable
